When you are caught up in an acrimonious break up dealing with matters in an amicable way may seem nigh on impossible. Where at all possible, it is best for parents to reach an agreement in respect of where the children will live and how much time they will spend with each parent. We view court applications to resolve parenting issues very much as a matter of last resort, but where necessary we have the expertise to steer you through the legal process.
